NWN2 check active users program and cacti graph templates

The program (nwn2srvquery) should build under Windows or Linux.  It returns
data on the current and maximum allowed online users for an NWN2 game server,
and can be used to graph the results in cacti.  The templates assume that the
program is placed in /usr/local/bin/nwn2srvquery.  You can edit the template if
you wish to place it elsewhere.

The program and templates allow an optional port number for the server, but
will default to port 5121.  The template defaults to using the hostname of the
associated cacti host, but you can override it in a data source instance if
you need to.
